    Jewellery can be made in 22kt, 18kt and 14 kt. We provide 22kt jewellery in Gold and 18kt jewellery in Jadau and Diamond.

  • How much time does it take to complete a new order?

    A new order completion takes up to 25-30 days.

  • Can I customise my jewellery?

    Yes, you can customise your jewellery as we have specially curated Bridal lounges and in-house designers.

    Yes, we do redesign your jewellery piece and try to give it a modern look and reviving your old jewellery essence.

    Yes, we do provide repair or cleaning services for the jewellery purchased from us. You can walk in to the store at any time and let us help you with your jewellery pieces.

  • Swarna kalasham Scheme:

  • What is your investment scheme?

    The Swarna Kalasham scheme is a monthly investment scheme. You have to pay 10 months instalment and we will pay 1 month bonus. At the time of redemption you will have exclusive offers while purchasing the jewellery along with the benefit of 1 month bonus.

  • How to join the Swarna Kalasham Scheme?

    You can contact us online on any social media platform or walk in to the store. Our sales team and CRM team will guide you through every step for a hassle free enrolment.

  • What are the documents required to join the scheme?

    We require your Aadhar card, PAN card and Account details at the time of enrolment.

  • Does the scheme holder should be above 18 years?

    Any person who is holding a PAN card, can enrol in the scheme regardless of age.

  • What are the benefits of the monthly scheme?

    You get an additional one month bonus, No Making charges on Gold, Diamond and Jadau jewellery and No wastage on Silver Articles.

  • What is the minimum monthly instalment?

    The minimum monthly instalment is only Rs. 5000

  • How do I have a track my instalments?

    Our scheme dedicated team has a track on all the schemes and you will be notified every month for your payment and upcoming offers.

  • What are the available payment options to pay the instalments?

    You can pay through cash, cheque, bank transfer or UPI.

  • Can I withdraw the scheme before the maturity date?

    Yes, you can withdraw you scheme before the maturity date but will not be able to avail any additional offers or bonus that is mentioned in the scheme.

  • Can I club 2 schemes to purchase a jewellery?

    Yes, you can club two schemes to purchase a jewellery piece.

  • Can I buy 24kt gold from the scheme money?

    No, you cannot buy 24kt gold with the scheme amount. You have to either purchase jewellery or Silver Article.

  • If my purchase is less than the total scheme amount, will I get refund of the remaining amount?

    If your balance amount is less than 10000, you will get a refund. If the balance amount exceeds 10000 than the amount is deposited under your name with Kalasha Fine Jewels as Advance and can be claimed on your next purchase.

  • At the time of redemption, can I club the on-going offers going on in your store?

    No, you cannot club any on-going offer with the scheme offers. Only one offer will be valid at the time of purchase.

  • I authorize Kalasha Jewels and its representatives to Call, SMS, Email or WhatsApp me about its products and offers. This consent overrides any registration for DND / NDNC.
